Cate McRae has joined our team. She comes with 23 years of experience as a naturopath and masseur. Cate had a successful business in Armidale for 15 years and moved to the coast 7 years ago. She was the owner of Jetty Holistic Health in Coffs Harbour for 3.5 years before taking time out to care for family.

You will find Cate front of house Monday and Tuesday afternoon and available for appointments on Friday and every second Saturday

Cate has a passion for fertility work and all things hormonal and thyroid related (Menopause and Andropause). Fertility work often involves working on stress and the gut for both men and women, so she covers those areas as well. Her own fertility issues brought her to naturopathy and 4 children later she feels she has a handle on how it works. She also has 4 grandchildren so she is happy to cover and issues with babies and children.

Cate has is a qualified beauty therapist and is available for facials.

Cate is a fully qualified Dr Hauschka Esthetician.
